How to Reserve
Reservation Policy
We require a deposit of 30% of the entire bill at the time of booking and the balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
The reservation is NOT GUARANTEED
until you have received written or electronic (email) confirmation from us.
We accept two payment methods as follows:
1) VISA or MasterCard
You will need to provide us with the name on the Visa or your Mastercard, the card # and the card's expiry date. You can email this information to us or you can telephone us with the information. Once we have confirmed that your card is valid, we will immediately email you a confirmation of your stay.
2) Bank Transfer
If you want to transfer funds to our bank account (as opposed to using your Credit Card) you must contact us and we will email our bank information. Once the monies have been transferred into our account we will immediately email you a confirmation of your stay.
Arrival And Departure Date Information:
The arrival and departure dates are firmly set.
Check In time is 4 p.m.
Check Out time is 10
a.m.
If an early check-in or late check-out is desired; please contact us prior
to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 120 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 100% refund of your deposit less a one time administration fee of $ 100 and less the Merchant Visa/Mastercard commission charged to us by them.
If you cancel within 120 days of your arrival, you will receive a refund of 90% of any Net amounts received by us from you PROVIDED that we are able to rent out the property at our standard rates for the period that you reserved.

All amounts are in Canadian (CDN) dollars.
